SPRINKLER SYSTEM START UP
Includes:
Start up of each zone, checking all sprinkler heads & nozzles to ensure proper coverage. Also includes set up of sprinkler timer for summer. - $75 + GST

*For any necessary repairs, the cost of material will be added to the final bill as well as a fee of $100 per hour for any labor above and beyond the first hour.
SPRING LAWN MAINTENANCE
Power Raking, Aerate, & Fertilize Packages
All packages include mowing, weed whip, blow off of sidewalks, and disposal of clippings:
Power Raking - $100 + GST
Power Raking & Aerating - $150 + GST
Power Raking, Aerating, & Fertilizer - $175 + GST
